@MetalicaFan2007 They can fight back by calling an armed responce unit, but i understand what you're saying, i'm studying public services and want to join the police services, I do want the government to give officers guns, because although not many officers die in shootings, a lot of officers are shot at, it's just not recorded, and people say guns can lead to brutality, well, they already have batons and cs gas, they could be brutal with that if they wanted to.

@CaSketGarden666 heres the point Bad guys are always gonna have guns they aint gonna abide by the law and not use guns also i dont think u realize American gun laws we dont just pick up a gun we need a gun license and certian guns need different lienses also i know the british have armed response vehicles basicaly cops with guns so its not like your cops dont have guns

also civilian deaths realy has nothing to do with anything

i can kill anyone with just about anything other than a gun

@Bastercina Well if your talking about the big fluorescent jackets, they may look "uncool" but believe me when it's dark it can be a big life saver especially when dealing with a traffic stop.
