Rail road crossings are common in India bringing with them a colorful display of argumentative Indians who must wait for oncoming trains to pass. Fresh tourists quickly learn that safety isn't always of the utmost concern for the Indian driver. The sounds of bells as lights flash signaling the closing of a road for an expected train minutes-out, creates a mad dash compared only to the crowds at a Wal-Mart after-Christmas sale. Scooters, buses, cars, bicycles pedestrians and many other stray forms of transportation speed to the closing gates in hopes of saving themselves from being stuck in line.
