Be good or be bad, but that's not about it, It's about difference of styles. That simple. Resident 1, 2, 3 and Code Veronica = Survival Horror(like Dino Crisis, Haunting ground, etc...) Resident evil Dead Aim, RE4 and RE5 = Shooter with a horror touch (like Doom 3, house of dead... etc) and that's it

RE: Remake > RE 2 > RE 4 > RE 3 > RE: CV > RE 1 > RE 0 > RE 5. Just the way I sees it. I haven't beaten Revelations yet, so I don't know where to put it.

Your forgetting about RE0 and remake this wasn't the last true RE but your right about 5 and 6

to be honest necroscope86 i played RE games and i think the umbrella chroicals was good,RE 1 good but clunky, RE 2 scared the heck out of me and gave me nightmares, i was 10 or 11 i can't rember, never played 3, code veronica was ok but i'd perfered if it was jill and chris to be in it, never played RE 4 but i seen it and it looks good , RE 5 was abit on the wierd side cause when did chris be come a super human hero.

@HRZONE2 Resident Evil Zero came after this one, and is still true to the roots of the series, unlike the horrible action vomit also known as Resident Evil 4 and 5, and most likely 6 as well.
