  • i saw the video on your website about installing the lifebatt batteries how much did a 48V 40 Ah cost ?

  • and your camera flashes twice, creepy effect...

  • I've never seen a lipo that really pulls that much power. The ones that claim too cost much more, and will only manage a few hundred cycles at best (one batch I tested managed 50 cycles at 10C before they lost 30% capacity). I hope these cells will last a 100,000 miles and beyond! A123 remain the best cell I have tested to date..

  • would li-po be better as their 35c

i guess theirs a risk of them exploding or catching on fire

  • They are a smaller 10AH cell. Not quite got the power output to feed the controller at this capacity, will boost them with a small A123 pack to see haw far short of max power they are for this setup. Great capacity and size however, most cells I tested gave 11AH at 3C.

  • great stuff how are the new life batts doing are they the 14ah ones?

  • Lol, you think I should? Not quite got all the power out of these yet, there not getting warm! THink I've run out of space for extra controllers too. I'm about on the limit controller power wise, I'd need to get a zilla in there to do any better:) Planning some battery improvements to up the max power/torque a bit.

  • i see room for one more motor :)

    u know u wanna fitt 3 :)
