Camera crews ride along with a Baltimore police officer as he responds to a restaurant shooting. This segment was taken from Episode 106 which aired October 10, 1989 on CBS. This particular version of the segment was taken from a 30-minute syndicated episode, so small parts of it may have been cut out to make room for commercials.

  • @gregorkrause Yes

  • also does it seem like the officer is talking to the camera crew at 2:38?

  • 2:38 obviously interesting blooper the officer is obviously talking to the Rescue 911 camera crew.

  • my parents grew up in baltimore we live about an hour out as it is now, horrible place, not what it used to be, hate going down there after dark, camden yards and the inner harbor is about as far in as i'll go by myself and even there is sketchy.

  • The audio from the 911 call at 2:04 was used in the intro.

  • Awesome show.

  • I agree, bring back this great show.

  • The reaction to a friend/family death that isn't faked or acted out in a re-enactment is always sobering. I used to be an EMT, I have learned to lock up all emotions from seeing this sort of thing over and over again.
