Namic Love brings you another guided meditation. This one is geared to help you overcome anger, depression, and resentment. In particular, it will help you to not get angry or depressed by people that usually make you angry or depressed. This one can be listened to everyday until you have overcome anger, depression or resentment.

This guided meditation goes right into the technique without spending much time relaxing your body and mind because relaxing is not as important in the use of this powerful technique. Also, with an advanced technique, I am able to help the person relax their body and mind quickly.

If you enjoy this video, please spread it around on forums and such and give it a thumbs up. Let's help some people!

Namic Love is all about helping people. Stay tuned for The Namic Path by Namic Love.

  • @architectus777 You desire for your past to NOT be brought up, and when you don't get what you desire, you get angry. Simply stop desiring that. Stop caring what people think. :)

  • @architectus777 ...but think about it. When we get angry it is because we desired a different result. We didn't get what we desired, so we get angry. It is like a child throwing a fit

  • @JphoenixOfficialTv Yes. Your emotions are chemical reactions in the brain, and you can learn to control those reactions. Anger is always caused by desire. Seems odd. ....

  • @ajhrockerboy6 IM SORRY, YOUR RIGHT, CAN I AKS YOU SUMTHING... WILL THIS WORK FOR ANYONE? LIKE PEOPLE WHO ARE SET IN THEY'RE WAYS?

AM I STUPID FOR BELIEVEING THAT EVEN WHEN SOMEONE GETS IN MY FACE AND BRINGS UP MY PAST HOW I WAS WRONG THAT I CAN STILL CONTROL ANGER? AND OTHER EMTIONS? IS THAT TRUE?

  • @JphoenixOfficialTv calm down. anger leads to hate, and hate leads to suffering. is that the life you really want? learn to meditate and rejoice with those around you. may the force be with you.

  • ur makeing me even more angryer

  • thank for this I had a boy friend for a year and he told me 2 months ago that for 6 month he was trying romaine me see that he only wanted me for one thing and this helped me hank you so much your awesome

  • @architectus777 is it okay to feel sorry for someone who is set in their ways? i'm not sure if i can ever see this person being compassionate/understanding...

  • I think you have something valuable here but the cadance of your speech and your phone as a pedulum, is too fast to get the person into a alpha relaxed state. Because of the rapidity of your speech, you end up using the wrong tense of words. I found this distracting.

  • yay :)
