Debate Tactics and Propaganda Part 1

There are literally hundreds of ways for a person to argue. Most of them piss poor. I will lay out here how 12 steppers are in no way different than the ever prevalent creationist movement.

You will see as I progress through this series of videos that they really are no different than the extremely intolerant fundamentally religious. I have no idea how many parts this will be, you will have to subscribe to keep up on these. 12 step defends like religion and acts like religion and thus has the same problems and weaknesses as religion.

Not once have 12 step proponents presented a testable argument in favor of their whole disease and genetic model that has not been totally and completely wrong if not deliberately dishonest.

In this video I work my way through:
1. Tell the Truth
2. Lie
3. Lie by omission or half truths (Suppressed Evidence)
4. Lie with Qualifiers
5. Lie with statistics
6. Observational Selection (Cherry Picking)

  • Isegoria1....... Are you an addict or alcoholic?

  • @K1dNaStyLovesElectro Neither I have out grown those pathetic destructive labels. Accepting that label accepts that I have not grown at all over the years. Some people like to stay stagnant, I am not one of them.

  • Seeing how there is more "dislikes" than "likes" tells me that there are more reasonable people without grudges who have watched this video. i have not posted one video trying to promote AA. AA has not posted one video trying to devalue other means of staying sober. Why? Think about it. Now you can delete this video like you did all the other pro AA vids. LOL. God bless you.

  • @rickyd0821 The only reason it is like that is because your fellow cultards had to resort to vote botting my videos rather than show us some "spirituality". Instead they showed us all just what 12 step does teach people. You people are among the most asinine and deplorable people on the planet. I like how you end you rather obvious FUCK YOU comment with a blessing from your imaginary friend. Now you really have me laughing. 12 Step bumper sticker = keep searching for that job.

  • 1:19 "The truth might not be what you wish it to be", how true, especially now with the posting of "The 95% Lie" by Quickcap!

  • Nice of you to point out the lie that quick cap has posted

  • I am so glad that the truth is getting out there about AA.I went to AA in my 20's and was told I had to attend AA for the rest of my life or I would die drunk or insane.I was taught not trust myself.Trust my sponsor.Don't trust my feelings or thinking.I left AA and I am over 30 years sober and am free from the cult AA.

  • Notspeedy-- Im still @ meetings as well but im honestly starting to get tired of it.

Its like a cult, if you do not follow the masses and you stray off from the way the XA'ers are told to act and think, they begin to verbally assault you.

Its complete bullshit. It really upsets me.

    FUCK RELIGION.

  • @rickyd0821 the likes vs dislikes only says to me that there are ppl from AA watching these vids and because they don't validate their BS cult programming they need to thumbs down. Love the passive agressive "spirituality" in your post too. Feeling a little dry maybe? I'm not a recovering A, my exposure with AA is losing my family members first to choosing alcohol and escaping then by joining the cult of AA over really heaing and taking responsibility.

  • i remember once going to a barbaque at this couples house i knew from na and making a generic comment like "nice house" and the guy replying "see what happens when u work the program....someday you could even have a house like this, if you stay clean and work your recovery" --he didn't seem to think privilidge, class, race or socio-economic status had anything to do with his boring suburban house, which i would actually hate to live in. smart "addicts" dont last long in na.

  • @rusedorange

    I know...

But try pointing it out to him on that vlog...

He'll block you and remove all your comments quicker than you can say "Figure C-1"...

  • After 11 years of self-defeating dogma I am moving away from AA/NA, I think I wasted 10 years and it caused me some severe depression.

  • Right on ! You're a wise man. Well stated Sir.
