  • make no mistake this device is an encroaching infringement on liberty. It is also discriminatory and violates human rights.

  • @SkeksisRule go ahead and do something about it but leave regular people alone, it is assault to the people who have to listen to it if they are doing absolutely nothing wrong. I'll boycott any business using one of these devices. I have a right not to be terrorized by this thing just for heading to a store. Some places leave them on 24/7 so as to deter people who can hear it as customers. They are not all kids. It's like using a sledge hammer to kill a fly.

  • @xtofury Have some rude kids loiter for a while outside of your house and destroy your property or scare away visitors and see how quickly you're willing to do something about it.

  • use it on your property but these people have no right using it on public sidewalks.

  • tyrannical piece of equipment. This device is used to assault people who occupy sidewalks their tax dollars pay for. This is against human, it is discriminatory, and I am 32 and hear it just fine, get splitting headaches from the device. It makes me feel sick, disorientated. I fear potential hearing loss from the device. I could just be walking the sidewalk on a major street and be assaulted. I'm filing a police complaint of assault against the store that uses this device.

  • So much for right of assembly... You know, I could almost sympathize, but I've heard this myself. I am sixteen years old and I already have Tinnitus, I've had it for a while. The first time I heard this, it was from an iPhone, and I thought it was just my tinnitus. A few minutes later, it was getting insanely annoying, and by about ten minutes I was getting a headache. As I've heard this more, my tinnitus has worsened. This is like spraying people with asthma with tear gas.
