"La cattiva strada" è la prima traccia di "Volume VIII", di Fabrizio de Andrè, uscito nel 1975. Il brano è stato scritto a quattro mani con Francesco De Gregori come altri quattro dell'album: "Oceano", "Giugno '73", "Dolce Luna" e "Canzone per l'estate". A completare il vinile "Nancy" (di Leonard Cohen), "Le storie di ieri" (del solo De Gregori) e "Amico fragile" (di Fabrizio De Andrè).

Adoro Faber, uno dei pochissimi che ha cantato degli emarginati e di tutti quelli che percorrono "la cattiva strada".

Non li ha mai giudicati, ha solo cercato di farceli capire.

Uno dei massimi maestri della canzone d'autore italiana.

Sono rimasta molto colpita leggendo la spiegazione della canzone sul link che hai segnalato...

vorrei che le canzoni fossero ancora oggi così: che avessero un senso studiato e ricercato, mentre quelle che si sentono in questi tempi sembrano avere un testo buttato lì tanto per rientrare nella metrica... Ridateci la musica veraaa!!

Mi piace incamminarmi sulla cattiva strada soprattutto quando essere sulla giusta strada significa fare una vita da borghese piatta e priva di sorprese e soprattutto piena di ipocrisie e di "cose giuste"

L'idea poi che qualcuno possa truccare le stelle ad un pilota è un'idea suggestiva ed evocatrice di misteriosi percorsi

@19selene89 la musica è musica, all'interno di una canzone puoi trovare spunti espressivi interessanti, questi sono i cantautori, grandissimi artisti che hanno arricchito la cultura italiana finoi a qualche decennio fà..Ma la musica è espressione sonora che genera emozioni, canzone o non canzone, con o senza testo..ci sono cantanti che, senza intelligenza o cultura, sono veri e propri dei della musica( vedi Eros Ramazzotti, i cui testi arricchiscono la metrica senza avere ricchezza simbolica)

They both sound much better in Italian.

@Ironstokes a big load of love to you my friend.. that was all about: LOVE! Fabrizio taught us how to listen to our hearts!! I'm glad there are people around the world that got his message though he sang in Italian. that said, it could have never worked in English.. as I always state, there's no better reason to be fluent with the Italian language than be able to understand Fabrizio's poetry. Dante perhaps but I dunno shit about :(

Fabrizio is a genius. He's wasted on just you Italians. (I know you all love him) but we need him in England !!! He is the best of the best. He is so hard to translate. There are so many meanings. Capisci ?
