This video was taken at an olive oil press near Livardi. the olives came from the Mirage farm in Livardi. The pressing process takes about 3 hours but the gathering of the olives takes a very long time. From what I have seen it takes about one of the sacks you see in the video to produce two kilo of oil. You can get on average one and a half sacks from a tree. One tree can take a day to harvest and prune.
The olives seen here are grown in a natural non-intensive farm area.

  • @1Jerbilina1 Olive oil is better for you than other oil alternatives. New studies have shown that it even helps with lazy spelling disorder. Sarcasm levels have remained unchanged however.
