Stop The World [A Teen Drama] Ch. 12

Jamie: (Narrates) I Walked through the front door of my house and looked at the clock. 7:28. Maybe no one was up yet I thought but, I was wrong I heard my dad in the den playing pool.
Dad: Hey, Jam. You're home earlier than I thought you'd be.
Jamie: Huh? (thinks) Wait a minute, is he okay? did he expect me to be out with Jace all night? (talking) Well, what do you mean by that?
Dad: You never come back from Froina's house this early
Jamie: (Narrates) I love this part (thinks) He must've thought Jace dropped me off at Froina's (talking) well, there's a first time for everything.
Dad: I guess you're right
Jamie: Wait, how'd you know that I was at Froina's house?
Dad: oh, I called Froina when you didn't come home around eleven and she said you were on your way over to her house.
Jamie: Oh, Okay. Well, I'm gonna go shower daddy
Dad: Wait, (throws Jamison's cell to her) You left it here last night
Jamie: (thinks) exactly (Talks) Okay, Thanks
(Narrates) That's why I love my best friend, without her alibi my dad would've killed me and Jace no matter how great they got along. Thank God for her.
Froina: (Narrates)
Yep, Thank God for me
Jamie: (N)(turns around) Froina?! what are you doing here? This is my narration! (laughs)
Froina: (N) Hey chick I'm in this story too, and I think I deserve to be able to narrate as well.
Jamie: (N)(rolls her eyes) Okay, pull up a seat.
Froina: (N) How do I pull up a seat if we're in a movie theatre?
Jamie: (N) You know what I mean (laughs)
Froina: (N) You know you're weird, sitting in a movie theatre all by yourself narrating a story.
Jamie: (N) Whatever, Well anyway I went up-
Froina: (N) Chicky, pass the popcorn
Jamie: (N) What popcorn- (looks down; theres a bag of popcorn in her lap; picks it up and hands it to Froina. And looks at her Strangely) You're so weird you know
Froina: (N) Whatever, continue.
Jamie: (N)(rolls eyes) I went upstairs, flipped open my phone, laid down on my bed and called Jace.
