I used to lift really heavy with legs, can't anymore because it hurts my knees. I'm only 27 and I'm already feeling the rough miles I put on my body from heavy lifting. I'd recommend you to do lighter so you aren't hurt later, trust me. My knees, elbows, shoulders, wrists all hurt, just waiting for the back to be hurting now.
