Please tell me why you start off with bench, deadlifts, or squats if you aren't doing any f those?

Cardio is needed, I didnt do cardio for 7 years, recently I added just 10 minutes a day, and I have got so much stronger and I dont fatigue or burn out as quickly. I am stilly gaining muscle on my arms and everywhere else, the only time use lose muscle is when you run for miles and miles a day. Also if you want to bulk jsut add the calories that you lost back in by eating more duhhhhhh stearns20.
