Can the f stop be adjusted? If not, then there is no depth of field.

Wildly moving camera, often out of focus and where is the result? The final photograph???

@MortenFS95 its called bellows. the only things you lose is light and depth of field.

If you are doing a video take care that the object is at least sometimes in focus
