I got mine at Walmart in the Office Supply Section. I believe they can also be found at Office Max and Staples. These are the best because they have the tabs and the pockets!

what do u put on the little tags that u put on the horses legs

In Region X in the top left corner is the horse's breed. In the top right the gender. In the middle we put our region 10 number. (Each shower has their own number and they create a number for each of their show horses. in example 434-001 )

Bottom right of the tag is the medium OF, AR, CM.

Each region has a different way of making tags and some regions don't use tags at all. It is always good to check with the show packet for what is expected for a show.

my binder is organized. i have my pencil pouch, then agenda, then my pocket dividers, and then binder paper...
