He (and the rest of the Grind line) were the starting line against Lindros' line in each Finals game. The starters for each team were announced after the rest of the lineup, and therefore out of numerical order.

Like other posters have said, goosebumps. A great time in my life. We in Detroit have been very fortunate to have men like Stevie Y who know what true greatness is all about. Contrast him to what we see today with the Lebron James's of the world. The shame is, Lebron could have been the Yzerman of Cleveland had he chosen more wisely.

Detroit would go on to sweep an incredibly strong Philly team in this series, absolutely demolishing the Flyers feared "Legion of Doom" line.
