  • Hey i just saw your video on youtube and im a bit chunky and im only 11 and i want to have a good healthy life and be active and i was wondering could you tell me how you trained because. Like what you did how many k's did you run and all that thank's!

  • That's SO true, if you want it, YOU HAVE TO DO IT.

    Today was a realy rainy day back in my city (Chillán, Chile), but i did my 4th quarter cardio anyway, i just weared a coat and that was it. Making it Happen it's the key, no other, becouse if you use it as an excuse, when it's too sunny, you won't do it eather, becouse it's to hot and/or you'll get sun burned and then so on, excuses, excuses, excuses. I DON'T WANT MY LIFE TO BE AN EXCUSE.
