I just simply love this version of the song, it's so poetic & achingly beautiful. I simply adore the way he Jasonized the song whilst honouring Bruddah Iz. It's so comforting how authentic & instantly recognisable his voice is. Cannot wait for his own material! Superb crowd btw.

Wow.. the crowd loved him! =)
Thanks for posting. I can never get enough of Castro.

GO JASON! U rock boy!

lol it doesn't really sound like that at the concert, it's just this camera's audio picks up the nearest noise, which happened to be the screaming. There were tons of people screaming at the concert but I could still hear Jason perfectly

PS: that comment was not directed at anyone in particular! Thanks for sharing your video 'cundickboys'. But it is hella annoying when you can't hear Jason's beautiful voice y'know?
-
I will quote someone who put into words my exact thoughts; "I was put off by the constant screaming during his set. I appreciate that he has fans. I do. Im one. But how can you enjoy SOTR if youre screaming? Listen peeps, & let me listen, okay? Oh, & to the dude up 10 rows on the right? Rawk hands? Really? This is Somewhere Over the Freaking Rainbow. Maybe Jason has arrived if he had dudes doing rawk hands during SOTR. Im just not sure."
The squealing is not necessary. Applaud & scream AFTER.

I didn't even give being a mormon a thought! Actually I was thinking more along the lines of happy-go-lucky "wild west" mentality. It was a good "party" no matter what.
-
thanks!! people usually think we are the stuck up mormon people or whatever, and yes IAM MORMON! :D but we really do know how to have fun and be crazy!
-
WEll now I know not to got to the concert. I go to hear the performer, not the teenyboppers screaming who are too immature to control themselves.
-
You guys know how to have a good time! I think that's great! Where I live people are too "up" on appearances to let go and have fun. I say, "Let the good times roll!"
