    The one thing I noticed was that you guys were constantly touching everything after the boil. Touching before the boil doesn't matter. When you aerate the wort (Pronounced W-E-R-T) you absolutely cannot use your hand to cover the hole. Use plastic wrap and a bung to seal it. Then shake.

  • I usually put my wort chiller into the boil at 20 minutes when I add my clarifiers, but I notice you didn't mention whirlflock or isinglass or anything?

    Is that because you don't use clarifiers,or because you prefer your wheats cloudy?
