When Jennifer Oseth saw hundreds of homes burning in the Waldo Canyon Fire, she launched a plan to help meet the needs of the women affected in a well-organized, dignified manner. Jennifer collected nearly 2,000 new garments from CAbi Corporate and CAbi Consultants. Then she and colleague Heidi Plummer organized a women's' boutique at a Colorado Springs church. Nearly 100 women attended the event to shop for new, quality clothing. They were honored with the Red Cross Commitment to Community Award at the 2013 Breakfast of Champions, presented by DCP Midstream.
