I worked at the Cave of the Winds the Summer of 1982. I worked as a Parking Lot Attendant, and, as cave tours were free for the employees, I took a tour every day... (I love caves!) One day, a young tourist had fallen in the cave. As I was at the entrance on break, the guides said, "Mike, you know the cave. See if that kid needs help." I started off and got lost, wandering for 45 minutes looking for the kid and the way out! I never found the kid, but eventually found my way out.
Caught a nice brownie there! looks delicious!
