The Sims Build Mode 1: "New Beginnings" by Jerry Martin, Cover

Here is me playing this sims-song by Jerry Martin. ;) Sorry that it's not perfect! I actually managed to play it perfectly in one clip, but the lightning was not perfect so it was filmed again. The file was removed, and it is not my camera so this is what you get! I hope it's still enjoyable, anyway. :P (Perhaps it would turn out better if I played it in the correct speed, I accidently played it a bit too fast. :P)

I wanted it to be filmed from above since no one had uploaded a video of this song like this before. So now you can see a little bit more how to play it, even though my big head is in the way. X'D Sorry for that. But it would have been a greater risk that I would make mistakes if I leaned my head back.

And sorry for the trash on the floor, but I had a cold and I forgot to put it away. Haha :P

fantastic performance! im trying to learn it but i was wondering how do you use the sustain pedal in this song?

In the beginning, I start with the pedal pushed down, when changing chord, i quickly lift the pedal and quickly push it down again. But always do that directly AFTER, not before, you have pushed down the chord/note (and you must do it while the chord/note is pushed down, even if it's just an eigth note for example), or the flow will be disturbed. I know there are not so many actual CHORDS in this song, but rather "broken" ones. But you can still hear it.

@brenoldt Just practise ;) Play slow first. At least I think it's easier if you learn both hands at the same time, goes much quicker.

But I will maybe do a tutorial on this. But if you have not noticed, I play a part of the ending wrong, because I was so tired of the song, so I didn't bother learning it. So it's not going to be a tutorial on the WHOLE song, but almost. :P
