This video is the most critical to watch for design objectives. I exhibit the top restraining blocks (or rails) and how I fasten them into place. They are designed around three criteria: non conductive, hard enough to hold threads, large enough to hold the cells down and in place. The bolts are positioned as neutrally spaced away from the terminals as possible and with an intended length to not protrude into the box, thus avoiding unintentional electrical contacts. The bolts are placed to hold two cells each - more seems overkill in this small of a box, but may be appropriate with larger cells.
