If you like having a peace of mind with water proofing capabilities, go with the Xz, if you like having the world's fastest phone, go with the S4. I'm not saying the Xz is slow, it's after all the fastest non-Snapdragon 600 device and only about 3-4k points lower than the HTC One and S4 in AnTuTu.
