After 6.5 hours, I am finally done and tired as hell......The cleaning and sanitizing is the hard part!

  • Hey Stephen, I'm in South Korea and am brewing my first batch this weekend. I really enjoyed your videos and you seem like the type of guy I'd like to have a beer with! Take it easy.

  • Thanks for the comment, when it involves a good beer, anyone is welcome!!!!!!!! Good luck with the first batch....also, if it doesn't turn out, don't get deterred.......it's a great hobby and a shit load of fun.....good luck!

  • how did the contest go??

  • I didn't send this one in....I sent another which got some pretty good ratings from our local brewoff....I was happy....

  • Nice job Stephen. I am just starting to homebrew and all of your videos are very helpful, so thanks for making them.

  • I just got back in to homebrewing and just finished reading The Homebrewer's Bible. I found your videos very informative and entertaing, they help some of the stuff I was reading about. Hope to see more of your videos and wish you luck.

    Thank You.

  • Fantastic series of videos! Thank you!

  • yeah dude great videos, better than others i've seen

  • Thanks....Im a bit worried that it will not be as black as I wanted. I had to make a decision when I was at the homebrew store on how much dark roast grain to get.....I knew I should have gotten about 1/4 lbs. more....None the less, it will be good. I may even try to make a small batch of dark roast wort and just blend it to get my results,.
