I'm a native spanish speaker, and literally his saying: Happy would what hour. What he actually meant to express? My guess is something like: Happy at (in) what hour?. Epic song by the way!

no no no, you guys got it all wrong. I translate "Feliz seria que hora" as "how happy was the hour" I know it's not gramatically correct for you native speakers, but that's what popped in my head at first. Literally translated, it would be "happy would be the hour" so ya, that's my added opinon =P
