You do realize that St. John's Wort works like an SSRI, right? When you say it's like swallowing an M&M-you didn't mean you thought you were going to have an immediate buzz, did you? St. John's Wort can take weeks(if not months) to begin working on serotonin levels.

I have been taking st johns wort for a few days now and it is great stuff!! I got some from holland and Barrett and its doing the trick. I am taking 3x300mg tablets a day and so far it is working like a dream. Much better for me than citalopram which had horrible side effects. Nature wins for me!

It grows wild in the UK. The shit you buy in the shop is dead, grond down and has been on the shelf for god knows how long. Eat it from the wild dude. It only really works when its still slive so pick it and then eat it straigh away.
