it is up to the individual if they want to do drugs or not, not the government. and by drugs, i mean all drugs. all drugs, whether man made or not, whether harmful or not. the so called war on drugs is a failure. more people's lives are destroyed because it is illegal.

I am not a drug-expert but I believe he's aiming at the psychedelic group of drugs (LSD, DMT) when he says that everyone who wants to try must have the opportunity . I don''t think he means drugs like cocaine or heroine.
