Pimp my Double Stroller

Having used this Graco Stadium Double Stroller
for the past 5 years schlepping paint and supplies
around Jerusalem; it was time for a face lift.
It's funny people, would look at me wheeling
this broke down stroller around town and look at it
and me with such disgust.
I'm betting that this new Pimped-up version will be the envy
of all who see it; sort of the Hummer of Shuk
( Jerusalem's open air market) Vehicles.

how is this a stroller? kids cant ride on that piece of wood no matte how nicely painted it is? I missed the point?!
