Rep. Rick Jones of Michigan allows himself to be tasered to demonstrate safety of the devices. Jones has introduced legislation to allow residents to carry tasers for personal protection, and wanted to personally demonstrate their safety to committee members.

That is awesome. I don't think that was a full power taser. I doubt he would be able to go right back into his speech.
