This is a step by step video on tying a variation of Ed Ward's Steelhead Intruder. The guys at Tight Lines fish this fly with great success all fall and winter. Excellent fly for migratory Steelhead and Browns on the Great Lakes Tributaries.

  • @chasedutahz the only place that has real chrome. WEST COAST!

  • This is an amazing fly. Here in Pennsylvania we can't use flies this large to catch Steelhead. Size 12 or smaller is the biggest hook you can use with simple patterns like Sucker Spawn or Salmon Egg. Have tried Wooley Buggers on size 8 hooks but with "NO" success whatsoever. Where to you catch Steelhead with this type of set up?

  • im in Medford, oregon, fishing the Mighty Rogue River, and this is gonna work great, Thanks bro!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey man, thank you so much for taking the time to do this for us out here! I really appreciate it. Take care.

  • Great video. All I would ask is that you

wear a lighter color shirt for more contrast on

the fly - be a lot better for those of us with

    senior citizen eyesight :)

  • Good stuff, thanks a ton.

  • Thanks for the great video, keep them coming.
