  • @curewindy2 hi I hope to own a warm sounding seeburg some day ,this one was free! You are right records are much nicer played on a tube amp juke

    Good Luck

  • The colored LED's are a replacement to the original incandescent lamps that are too hard to find. I reused the lamp bases and did some calculations to add resistor in series to limit current and bought some color changing leds on ebay. They add a nice touch on the reflective cd's

  • Funny that seeburg used the exact same dollar mech from the late 60's all the way to 1985. The dollar mech on my 1969 LS2 gem is identical.

  • I recently purchased a Seeburg SCD-1, and am in the process of fixing it up. (It works, it just needs cleaned and a few minor (I hope) repairs. No remote for mine. Were there colored lights inside the CD player unit?

  • Yea..Those metters are so cool!Look like the old home stereo's of the 80's!! i have one these that I will fix someday!

  • Ahead of its time for 1985. Nice machine. Thanks for posting.

  • Great video. Thanks for posting!
