Bjj is the best grappling form you can train according to me ofc! :D But i have only tried judo and bjj but i want to try sambo ;D nice with fokus on leglocks :D

Judo is the true grappling martial art that utilizes all of the good and very effective chokes. BJJ is a sub-style, like Kosen Judo.

Much more powerful this way round but leave thumbs out and grab a scrunch of gi either side. Who's got time during the struggle to be a neat tailor with the collar?

Leave the thumbs outside the gi for the nami juji jime. Scrunch the fingers into the gi. Thumb not trapped and grip available anywhere without finding lapel in the struggle.
