@Ohjjin ......and where are all your weight lifting uploads, Ohjjin? Did they accidentally get deleted. Surely, you can actually lift some weight. All I see on your chanel are videos of women you can only dream of mounting. Actually do some squats instead of just commenting on them and maybe you can get a real girl someday.

@Ohjjin I've been lifting for 27 years. So exactly when can I expect my body to get "fucked up"? Because to be honest I feel the same at age 41 as I did at age 20. I've also been doing Farmer's walks and Strongman Yoke walks which are a hell of a lot more stressful than squats. Ohjjn.....don't assume we are all as frail as you.

@mensacyclist Almost every lift you ever do puts stress on joints you moron, avoiding locking joints up when you lift simply puts LESS stress on them and prevents injury. If you honestly feel that this is not important that's your own decision you'll have to live with once you permanently fuck your body up.

A.) There is a huge difference between an Olympic squat and a Powerlifting squat. Maybe you need to do a bit of research on both techniques. And my knees are fine after MANY years of squatting the way I do. B.) I'm not even close to 260-300 lbs and never have been. C.) I WILL deny that sit ups with a 45 lb. plate cause ANY pain whatsoever. Just because YOU are incapable of something does not mean everyone else is. I always use at least 45 lb. for situps.
"and not to be a critic or anything but locking out like that puts stress on the knee joint "......
Last time I checked, SQUATS put stress on the knee joint. If someone is wanting to avoid stress to the joints they might want to take up water polo.

basically what he's demonstrating is ass out, keep your feet flat on the ground, lower the weight slowly, and raise up quickly
