The NOTAMs are generic though. Usually something like "jumping on weekends". The elevator pilot is required to notice ATC and also broadcast on CTAF that jumpes are away.

Mobius. The skydiver would have been in a designated parachuting area which would have been mentioned in a notam as operational that day. The plane should not have been there .
Picked the right plane though if it had hit the jumper. DH Chipmunk, Chippee , Chipper! "Groan , maybe not"

Even if a Pilot flies twice a year has goten trained in his area that he flies and understands all of tha reas that have Paarchutting, Sailplanes, and even where not to fly just my 2pennies Opinion

dumbass, firstly learn to spell. secondly, the pilot in the small plane can see the jumper so it was carless of him to fly so close, you have no logic at all.

ok, wait a sec, you take the risk of jumping from a place...what do you expect? When you do this, you cant play the balme game. Its not like you are involved in a traffic accident on stop light and trying to figure out who to blame.
Get real, the risk of jumping off a plane was of a higher risk then to actually calculating the probability of landing on top of a plane in the middle of the sky.
It would have been a great video if he had hit the plane.
