  • reply from a safety professional to everyone. Think about this from a personal side. What would you do, feel or want to protect your family. In my seventeen years of doing highway construction have never had an incident. So as far as i am concerned all companies out there need to look out for the safety of the workers and especially the general public. their taxes pay our wages.

  • "Hitch" meaning "problem" There are millions of road construction projects completed around this country every year and are 100% saftley completed.

  • What do you mean by "hitch"? A fatality?

This is negligence by the contractors and state. They should be held responsible. The driver of the truck is not at fault.

  • That's a stupid statement.

  • why did they sue the owner of the Tractor-Trailer?

  • Sad case. I agree there should be some sort of saftey regulation to road construction. On the flipside how many construction projects go off without a hitch?!

  • agree

  • its the moms fault she should have never gotten divorced then they wouldn't have to drive anywhere.
