A Collaboration Celebration

As part of Consolidated Technologies' annual Holiday party, Marketing Manager Michael Latshaw puts together a video to play at the party. This year, members of the CTI staff spoofed the television show "Undercover Boss," with President Kenneth Heitner going undercover to see what the organization is like from an employee's perspective. Mr. Heitner poses as Alex Bell and investigates the Customer Service department, Project Management and Sales before revealing his true identity.
