Haha it was reduced in 2007. It's probably worth 500k now. In two years it will be worth 250k probably. That's if inflation doesn't cause everything to go up in price.

If anybody thinks that the housing market has bottomed out already, your dead wrong.From 2000-2008 we overbuilt homes because of false signals given by the Fed and the government. Instead of allocating resources that could have gone to productive things, we build mcmansions. Now the prices of those will have to go down to sell
