1/2 - Banana
1 Cup - Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Banana
2tbsp Orange Juice
2tbsp 1% Milk
1/4 (or packaged servings) of Ann's House Nuts and Berries Mix
So this smoothie meal is about 320 calories. You can enjoy as a breakfast on the way to work. It's fast and tasty. Full of vitamins, calcium, and about 3-4g of fiber (from fruit and nuts).
(Too many calories, sugar, and fat before i revised this recipe.)

I've made this smoothie a few times this summer and finally mastered it. I added orange juice to the recipe. I got this recipe from Leslie Sansone's (Aerobic Instructor) 5-Day Slim Down DVD. I will also feature another one of her recipes later. (Aham (Clears throat), Leslie was not specific on what kind of products to use. But I forgive her.)
