i think these guys need just sealand iron containers no build needed and hurricane proof and water collector systems to catch all that rain instead of lost it then made a huge place to grow sprouts easy and so healty cause if a hurricane hit them in next years all work done will be in vain and again they will lost everything so 4 now intention is good but i think u guys are wasting time and money hydroponic systems near the area will help a lot no big investment needed
