Workplace Harassment - Employers Beware!

There is a new Human Rights Legal Support Centre in Ontario which will provide employees wishing to file harassment actions against employers with financial and legal support. There is no offsetting support for employers. The anticipated outcome is an increase in litigation by employees against employers. Settlements are also expected to rise.
