GOLHA PROGRAM: Mrs. Ahdieh, عهديه has done many Golha programs for the Iranian Radio before 1977 and this is one of those gorgeous performances. Hopefully you would enjoy this one as well as her other great performances. Sad to say, she believes that she still owns the copyright over her old songs done for some of the Old Iranian movies (done in Iran 40 years ago). I should admit that I had no idea that anyone could be so rude, though she deleted some of my videos on YouTube and banned my channel for a month. I could never imagine that it was true when I saw her name "Ahdieh Badiee" in a message from YouTube .... I thought that there was someone else faked her name but I was wrong! .... Still I find it very hard to believe it that a great singer as she is, would get in touch with YouTube for deleting some 40 years old movie songs (from Iran) and call it her own "copyright"! Even the real owners of those movies (if they were still alive) could not do it because Iran is not included in "Berne Convention" and the Iranian authorities never have signed under any treaties concerning the copyright law. There are a few countries in world that is not included in "copyright" and Iran is one of them! It appeared to me that Mrs. Ahdieh did not know it therefore she did the huge mistakes .... Gosh ... Let's carry on ... this is so ridiculous and pathetic that we all might do when we get older! However I wrote to her almost 10 letters till she revoked her compains towrads some of my videos. However I am grateful to her as always been though still I have not forgiven her for her illusions over the old Iranian movie copyrights! It would be a horrible joke!Thanks!
