  • @21nitro21 why would gsp's arms be important for fighting??? you dont know what your talking about.... gsp has legs that belong to a power/olympic lifter...fighting isnt about esthetically looking good

  • @21nitro21 Bas Rutten destroyed his liver.

  • Man this dude is the best of all time. He beat the best in his era. you find someone that looked as good as him in mma. you can't! Him and his brother had all equal groups. Cain is fat, congo has bird legs, rand and dan henderson bird legs. Last but not less GSP small arms

  • great video

  • ufc doesn't want their fighters to be smart because smart fighters know what they are worth. pennies on the dollar dime a dozen tuff guys is how the UFC stays in business

use em loose em. dana gets a new Ferrari. and zuffa co. can pocket the rest and nickel and dime their way to WWE states as the only show in town.

BUTT what they dont look at is the money the WWE lost being the only show in town

WWe pays less per event for talent and are still losing money out the ass.

    hardtimes ahead

  • He has some knowledge...but has oversimplified the stress reaction process of our CNS/Muscles that comes from stimulus.

You DONT want to work on multiple joint movts or Olympic lifts every day. You dont want to never work to failure....you can do bodyweight calisthenics much more frequently...but still you need to be taking 2/3days off a week...maybe 1 or 2 if you really want to push it.

Stimulus is very important...but rest if just as important...then nutrition...2 sides of the same triangle.

  • raw chicken? frank you idiot! and frank stop going on about your body you are not that big.

  • Very good advice. This guy is a pro, talks like a pro.

  • What a smart, jovial, charismatic guy! No homo!

  • i agree with the strength training aspect. your mind and body will get used to just only completing 5 reps and not having to struggle with more reps. So as you go up in weight your mind will know it only has to complete 5 reps, but a strong 5 , which will make you stronger as you move through your weeks.
