its so hard to say. i dnt think it was done intentionally but in the first movie he did arrive kinda late.

i guess Sega was rather being careful by excluding Winston since the chibi-like translation would've been deemed not right.

In the first movie, he came in the middle of the movie. Either they wanted it to be just the original first 3 Ghostbusters before Winston came or the game makers were racist.
