Then you talk about images of white men... what is it with you and white men? And since this country consisted of a lot of white men one could predict they might have a couple of portraits painted occasionally; hence the art work.

Then you say the best bit; "would they ever have thought that 'an african-america-muslim-woman' - WOW how many pigeon-holes do you want to be in? Just add 'lesbian' and 'disabled' to that number then you'll have the full-house.

The House of Commons isn't the 'foundation of a western civilisation' as you so annoyingly put it. (You just like the alliteration, don't you!) Parliament is, as well as the extra-parliamentarial entities which within exist.

Further the building isn't 1000 years old. In 1836, after studying 97 rival proposals, the Royal Commission chose Charles Barry's plan for a Gothic-style palace. The foundation stone was laid in 1840. That's only about 170ish years - check your history!!!

You start, 'Standing in front of Nelson Mandela'; some would say 'oh the former terrorist, you mean', but that aside.

I know what a statue is, please don't tell me it's a likeness.

Next, it wasn't a sea of other white men. That's just a weird statement. And besides Nelson Mandela isn't white.

Further how do you know that this mass of white men that you survey had any impact on government? They may be just passing or work in a call centre? Evidence!!!

I continue...
