'Obama dictates security to Europe as Bush did'

Romania says it's prepared to host anti-ballistic interceptors as part of a U.S. defence shield in Eastern Europe. Guilietto Chiesa, Italian politician and former member of the European Parliament, says Obama is making the same mistake George Bush made - he's deciding the security of Europe without consulting any European institutions.

@Darusdei We are still maintaing some independence and sovereignity as a nation so we want defensive missiles because its in our interest , i dont care about europe or finland or usa , Russia has allways been a danger and a threat to Romania so our decision is not surprising .What's surprising is why do you comment on this topic ?
