@spiderhgoodlegs To save money, they probably just rolled into a real nursing home, found the black resident that looked the most senile/lethargic, and just started filming PMT's overacting so they wouldn't have to pay another actor. The "WTF-iness" (thanks, great word!) is because they don't know what's going on neither!

The acting is just TOO good. I truly don't think they had permission to shoot in this place. These people can't be faking the purity of their "WTF-iness."
