If you grow your own, it's organic and cheap. (like the weed) I agree that she has a point. She just doesn't seem to have a grasp on how the world works. People that are too smart are usually more pessimistic.
I figure, either there will be a revolution, or a mass lobotomy soon. It's almost like some sociologists have been working on non-surgical lobotomies. Don't worry, it's as painless as typing "LOL".

I live not very far from Santa Cruz. It's a surfer/stoner town, and 90% hippies.
I love the town and visit often. If you are looking for a good party, Santa Cruz is great. But they are never going to lead the world politically. It would be like asking China to lead us into a new age of civil rights.
In short, they are lovely people, but ultimately pretty dumb.

if you're going to post a video, please try to have over a tenth grade education. We dont import chinese produce, it would be inefficient and just plain stupid. the US grows most of its own produce, if not it is imported from central/south america. Also, the reason chemicals are used is because they can be easily washed off, and it is much preferable to possibly eat some chemicals then lose half of the crop to diseases and have whats left infested with insects
