You would think that after last years Perez Hilton debacle Miss USA officials would have put some serious controls over the questions this years judges were allowed to ask the pageant contestants. Instead, Sundays event had Actor Oscar Nuñez of NBCs The Office grilling Miss Oklahoma on the recently passed anti-immigration law in Arizona.
The question is nearly incomprehensible but Miss Oklahoma, Morgan Woolard, handles it with grace, aplomb, and intelligence. So, of course, she didnt win.
Funny how its always a question coming from the political left, challenging a position supported by the political right. Why dont we ever see: Good Evening Miss Vermont. Late-term abortion is a serious issue in our country. Could you please tell us your opinion on extinguishing nascent human life when a baby is only weeks away from being born? or Miss Illinois, do you believe President Obama when he says that he never heard Rev. Jeremiah Wright say any controversial statements over the twenty years he attended his church?.
Of course, I dont want ANY politics injected into events like this. Its a beauty pageant for crying out loud. We all know why were watching. If were going to ask questions at all, cant we just keep it in the realm of What is your position on world peace? and skip to the swimsuit competition?
@germanicelt You're stupid then! Islam is definitely compatible with the U.S. Constitution or even better than the Constitution, as Islam gave more rights to people, especially women and slaves, compared to pre-Islamic Pagan Arabia! In fact, Islam, with a 3 prong attack, eradicated slavery! But the problem is that some Muslims themselves who don't follow true Islam, just like some Americans who don't follow the Constitution, break the law of Islam and the U.S. Constitution respectively!

If you don't understand the difference between "State" and "Federal Government" then you should of just left your video as is because you ruined it with your pointless comments.

@jxpulid - I don't know if she would feel good about winning if she had to lie to herself. Yes I did know that the winner is from Lebanon, or at least her parents are. That doesn't bother me, but what does is that the crown of Miss USA was given to a Muslim, as if Islam and the USA are compatible.

What a coincidence that this question had to be asked to a blond white woman. Was that "racial profiling" of a contestant?

Nunez is a blockhead almost of the caliber of Perez Hilton. The audience knew that, and that's why they booed this insensitive lunatic. Why do the Miss USA officials allow such stupid people to be judges? All they want to do is throw their left-wing political views at beautiful women. Keep the questions and the judges sensible and you'll gain back the respect the pageant once had. At the moment the pageant is an embarrassment to the world.
