100 burpee challenge. Thank you Ross Enamait (http://www.rosstraining.com)

Did these right after lifting, so yep, form a bit down the drain. Still, good finisher!

Do excuse the music, unfortunately no metal is played in this gym..

    It's a great finisher anyway, if 100 feels like a drag 50 works fine

  • Ive been doing this every night for quite some time. Try to do them in less time, and also try do do more burpees in a row. I do like 40 in a row, then rest 20 secs, 20 burpees, rest 20 secs, 20 burpees, rest 20 secs, 10 burpees.

    Afterwards your heart will be beating like crazy. Really good conditioning exercise. Made my sparring much better (more endurance).

  • Quality is indeed more important than quality though. While more quantity may burn as many or more calories, or even work the muscles the same, it still has the greater chance or injury or damage.

    Spending time to do excercises in proper form even if you don't do many is very useful, although I won't say necessary.

    People get caught up in the numbers game of trying to do x number of reps, especially in comparison to others, but really it's just about getting yourself fit, not showing how many.
